Refund Policy

RISK-FREE REFUND POLICY:

We offer 30 DAY RISK-FREE return policy for products that arrive defective, broken or not as described. To be eligible for a refund, you must first contact us at support@hearttrackr.com within 30 days from the date of receipt for a pre-approval of your item(s). No return or exchange will be accepted after this 30-day period.

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Also, your item must be in the original packaging and needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

RETURN SHIPPING ADDRESS

Contact us, and once your request for refund is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and you may ship your item(s) back to us. Please do not send your purchase back to our warehouse; our support team will send you our return address with your pre-approval.

HOW TO SHIP ITEMS BACK TO US

Please ensure the item(s) are sent back through a trackable and/or insurable method such as the USPS as we are not responsible for any packages not received or packages received damaged.  After mailing your items, you MUST email us at support@hearttrackr.com with all tracking information.

HOW FUNDS ARE REFUNDED

Upon receiving and inspecting your item(s) we will issue you a refund to the original payment source. If you have any questions or are not sure about returning an item please reach out to us at support@hearttrackr.com.
